AMD Radeon HD 8000M GPU for laptops Glide Latest Q1 2013 with 640 Stream Processors & Memory Support GDDR5

Although we hear that AMD is struggling to cope with the financial crisis as it relates to PC and laptop sales are declining, but this does not make AMD stop launching new products where time is launching the latest version of the AMD Radeon GPU for laptops.

This time AMD informed that they launched the AMD Radeon HD 8000M GPU for laptops latest in early 2013 with the architecture of the AMD Graphics Core Next (GCN) 28nm, in 4 variants ie products 8500M, 8600M, 8700M and 8800 M. Where the three initial variants has 384 Stream Processors, 1000MHz memory clock speed to 1125MHz for DDR3 and GDDR5

But they are different in clock speed, which has a maximum clock 650MHz 8500M, 8600M max 775MHz, and 650MHz on the 8700M-850MHz range.

While most top variant is 8800M has 640 Stream Processors. All this GPU supports DirectX 11.1
